Dec. 16, 2020 7:00 p.m.
Brett Smith is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
2020 is drawing to an end, so how about a little Zoom Wine party. Gather a favourite wine, be ready to tell us what you like, and why. We will take a little time to hear what other members enjoy, be it a red, white or rose, sweet or dry. And if wine is not a favourite, have a beverage of your choice ready, and we will raise a glass, as we say good bye to a different kind of year, for sure.
This will be our last meeting of 2020. Rotary TV Cogeco Bingo will continue through the holidays with Bingo's on Tuesday night, and bucket collection on Wednesday or Thursday. Thanks to all those who have our bingo run smoothly, it is appreciated.

Rotary-USAID in Kenya (Water & Sanitation)
Jan. 13, 2021 12:00 p.m.
The WASH Rotary Action Group (WASH-rag) was formed in 2007 by a group of Rotarians, recognized by Rotary International, and focused on WASH projects. Since then it has facilitated many hundreds of projects – helping clubs find partners, ensuring sustainability, stressing the importance of a needs-driven approach, and developing best practices. We encourage a holistic, integrated approach in which water is not the end in itself, but is rather the means to a better life and livelihood in the community. Most importantly, WASH-rag links water and sanitation to improved hygiene, better health, and empowerment of the community – especially women, irrigation and agriculture, education and literacy and, ultimately, child mortality.
