The Club was thrilled to welcome Michelle Robbins from the Buxton National Historical Site & Museum on March 19th.
 
Michelle is a proud 7th Generation Descendant of the Buxton Settlement and was born and raised in North Buxton. With almost 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Michelle has a proven track record of excellence in her field and a strong passion for the Buxton community.

As the Assistant Curator since 2022, Michelle has gained invaluable experience and knowledge about the Museum's inner workings. As of December 2023, Michelle has taken on the role of Curator to continue to share the proud legacies of those who have come before her. With her extensive expertise in Black History and her unwavering dedication to the community, Michelle is leading the Museum into a new era of growth and development.
